Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Forward Technology Limited ("Envio", "we", "us") collects when you use envio.dev, our documentation, our APIs and our other services (together, the "Services"), what we do with it, and your rights.
Who We Are
Forward Technology Limited is the controller of the account, billing, usage, website and communications data described in this policy. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15644973), with our registered office at Homework, 25 Effie Road, London, SW6 1EL, United Kingdom. You can contact us about privacy at hello@envio.dev.
What We Collect
- Account data. When you sign in with GitHub, the profile details GitHub shares with us, such as your username, name, email address and avatar.
- Billing data. Your billing name, email address, company details and address. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
- API usage data. When you use HyperSync, HyperRPC or our other APIs, we log request details such as an identifier for your API token, IP address, user agent, time of request, the chain and endpoint called, and request volume.
- Envio Cloud data. If you deploy indexers on Envio Cloud, the repository and code you connect, the configuration you set, and build and runtime logs.
- Agreement records. When you accept an agreement online, we record when you accepted it, your IP address and your browser user agent.
- Website analytics. Our websites use Google Analytics, loaded directly or through Google Tag Manager, which uses cookies to record the pages you visit, your device and browser, and your approximate location.
- Communications. What you send us by email, on Discord or through our other support channels, and the details you give when you book a call or request a quote.
You need to give us your GitHub details to create an account, and an API token to use HyperSync or HyperRPC. Without them we cannot provide those Services.
Public Blockchain Data
Our Services read and serve public blockchain data, such as wallet addresses and transactions, which can relate to individuals. We process it under our legitimate interests to provide the Services, and we cannot change data recorded on a blockchain. If an app built on our Services sends requests to us, we log them as described above. Where customers use Envio Cloud to process personal data, we act as their processor; contact us about data processing terms.

Who We Share It With
- Service providers, including GitHub (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Google (analytics), Discord (community and support), and our cloud hosting, infrastructure, email, support and monitoring providers. Depending on the activity, they act on our instructions or as independent controllers under their own privacy notices.
- Companies in our group, if any, who must handle it in line with this policy.
- A buyer or successor if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We will tell you if your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

International Transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on safeguards permitted by UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. Contact us for details of the safeguards that apply to your data.
How Long We Keep It
- Account data while your account is open, then deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period unless we need to keep it for a legal reason.
- Billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, generally six years.
- API usage data and analytics for as long as we need them for billing, security and running the Services.
Your Rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it or delete it, and to transfer data you gave us to you or another provider where the law provides for this. You can also object to or ask us to restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent where we rely on consent. To make a request, email hello@envio.dev. Some rights have exceptions, for example where we must keep data to meet a legal obligation.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the Services, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how our websites are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the Services may not work properly without essential cookies.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
